Return:-

You can initiate a return retun request within 7 days of delivery/as per the product description details.

There are certain items which are not returnable

Crireria Eligiblity

1. Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
2. It must be in the original packaging.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4. Vedio proof of unboxing the product if Item is defective.
5. Return or replacement will be approve if product wrong or defective.

Refund:-

Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.

For Prepaid orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 - 10 working days 

For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 15 working days expected.
